Are you a Superintendent with a background in Construction looking to step into a senior role within a growing and close-knit company?
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of site operations and play a key role in delivering a variety of exciting construction projects.
The company places a strong focus on its employees and has built an excellent reputation within the industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a Superintendent to their team.
In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and crews, ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule, and work closely with senior management throughout project delivery.
This role would suit a motivated Superintendent looking for long-term progression, leadership opportunities, and excellent company benefits.
The Role:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Company vehicle provided
- Key leadership role within the business
- Construction background
- Experience managing construction sites and crews
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Valid driver's license
