Job Description- Lead overall field operations, schedules, and labour budgets on projects valued $7M-$200M
- Direct and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and self-perform trades
- Plan and manage short-interval schedules, manpower, and site logistics
- Control quality, safety, cost, and documentation to ensure client satisfaction
- Mentor and develop superintendents while collaborating with project leadership

The Successful Applicant- 8+ years of superintendent experience on large commercial projects
- Background in K-12, industrial, or healthcare construction
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety practices
- Proven leader able to manage teams and resolve site challenges
- Degree in construction management preferred or equivalent experience
- $125,000-$150,000 base salary + 15% bonus potential
