• Lead overall field operations, schedules, and labour budgets on projects valued $7M-$200M
• Direct and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and self-perform trades
• Plan and manage short-interval schedules, manpower, and site logistics
• Control quality, safety, cost, and documentation to ensure client satisfaction
• Mentor and develop superintendents while collaborating with project leadership

• 8+ years of superintendent experience on large commercial projects
• Background in K-12, industrial, or healthcare construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety practices
• Proven leader able to manage teams and resolve site challenges
• Degree in construction management preferred or equivalent experience

• $125,000-$150,000 base salary + 15% bonus potential
