Safety Coordinator – Mission Critical / Data Center Projects

Compensation: Up to $100K Base Salary + Bi-Annual Bonus + Full Benefits

My client, a nationally recognized General Contractor, is actively hiring a Safety Coordinator to support large-scale mission critical / data center construction projects in the Jeffersonville area. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their construction career who is interested in safety, operations, and field coordination within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

They are open to candidates coming from the trades, recent graduates in construction/safety-related programs, or individuals with a little bit of field experience looking to grow into a long-term safety or pm career.

• Support daily jobsite safety efforts on large-scale data center projects
• Assist with site inspections, documentation, orientations, and operational duties
• Help maintain project safety logs, permits, and compliance documentation
• Work directly with field leadership, subcontractors, and project teams
• Utilize Procore and other construction management software for reporting/documentation
• Participate in safety meetings, hazard analysis reviews, and incident documentation
• Help promote a strong safety-first culture across the project

• Interest in construction safety and field operations

• Experience with Procore or construction technology is a plus
