Project Manager; Self-perform Concrete

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Self‑Perform Concrete experience to join our growing team in Columbus, OH.

• Oversee all aspects of self‑perform concrete work including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of concrete scopes.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating and operations teams to develop work plans and logistics strategies.
• Monitor productivity, cost performance and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications and company procedures.
• Lead and mentor field supervisors and foremen to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing self‑perform concrete work on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems, rebar installation, concrete placement and finishing techniques.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
