• ✔ Command the jobsite like a pro — plan, coordinate, and schedule crews, materials, and equipment with precision
• ✔ Supervise both your team and subcontractors — ensuring safety, quality work, and smooth production
• ✔ Read blueprints and specs with confidence, turning paper plans into real-world results
• ✔ Track project progress, budget, safety compliance, and daily goals
• ✔ Build strong relationships with field crews, subcontractors, and leadership
• ✔ Make calls that matter and lead with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm!

• ✨ 2–5 years of civil/structural concrete experience (required)
• ✨ Background in water/wastewater, utilities, or process piping (preferred)
• ✨ 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience
• ✨ Strong mechanical skills and ability to interpret complex blueprints
• ✨ Comfortable with digital tools like Excel and Procore to keep projects on track
• ✨ Sharp communicator and natural organizer
