Their work spans corporate interiors, light industrial, healthcare, and higher education — a diversified mix that keeps estimators sharp across multiple project types and delivery methods. Privately held with an aggressive but disciplined growth strategy. This hire is driven by volume — they have more opportunities than they can price.

Senior Estimator who can lead hard-bid and negotiated pursuits from concept through GMP. You'll own the full estimating process — quantity takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, scope review, and final bid assembly. You'll also mentor junior estimators and help build systems as the department scales. This is a department‑leadership‑track role, not a seat where you churn bids until you burn out.

7+ years of estimating experience with a commercial GC or CM firm

• Strong conceptual estimating skills — you can price from a napkin sketch
• Deep experience with hard-bid and negotiated delivery methods
• Proficient in On‑Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel (Building Connected or Pro Est a plus)
• Proven track record of winning work

Columbus is booming — data centers, Intel‑adjacent development, institutional buildout
