Job Details

Our Columbus team is in need of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our success and growth and offers a unique opportunity to lead high‑profile construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including initial planning, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Lead project teams and manage the day‑to‑day development and coordination of projects.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop effective contingency plans.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Report and escale project issues to management as needed.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback on project success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferable.

A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in project management in the construction sector.

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in construction and project management.

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful construction project from start to finish.

Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
