Job Description
Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team! The Project Manager is responsible for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
- Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
- Engage in the project pre‑construction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
- Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes.
- Prove leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
- Travel as needed for projects.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Lead construction progress meetings.
- Oversee design development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Mission Critical Data Center project experience.
- Proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.
- Established thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes.
- Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools.
- Strong proactive, customer‑focused communication and high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
