Job Title
Job Role s and Responsibilities
• Prepare estimates and bids for plumbing and gas line projects.
• Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to evaluate project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Estimate labor, materials, and project costs accurately.
• Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings.
• Manage awarded projects from start to completion.
• Schedule project activities and coordinate project timelines.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries to job sites.
• Obtain permits and coordinate required project documentation.
• Oversee field supervisors and plumbing personnel.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain project records and reporting documentation.
• Work onsite in an office environment on a full-time basis.
Qualifications and Certifications• Minimum 8 years of construction plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, gas lines, fixtures, and materials.
• Experience estimating plumbing projects and preparing bids.
• Proven project management experience within plumbing or construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and project documentation.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to oversee field operations and project execution.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
