Capital Contracting Services LLC & Certa Pro Painters of Columbus have an immediate opening for an organized, experienced, and detail oriented Commercial Site Manager who will play a critical role in contributing to the success of our business. The Commercial Site Manager will spend most of their time in the field inspecting and supervising crews at job sites in a non-office setting.

It is important that our Commercial Site Supervisor be an energetic, team player committed to the execution of the daily and long-term production and service objectives of our company. Fostering lasting relationships is at the heart of what we do at Capital Contracting Services LLC & Certa Pro Painters and the Commercial Site Supervisor is vital for success in our business.

• Monitoring and interacting with subcontractor crews
• Diligent customer service follow-up & follow-through
• Complete On Site Job Inspections
• Conflict Resolution
• Construction Planning and Management
• Priority management
• Problem solving

Requirements /

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Relevant job experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Trustworthy, Hardworking Team Player
• Organized and detail oriented

• Coachable
• Ability to navigate laptop and software based platforms

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus bonus 401k Match Company Truck Company Phone
