HVAC Project Manager

Muetzel's HVAC Commercial Construction Division is currently looking for a Project Manager.

• Submittal review and release.
• Plan and specification review.
• Material buyouts and ordering for commercial projects.
• Assisting in project billing and the scheduling of crews.
• Attending project scheduling and coordination meetings.
• Site layout for installation and coordination.
• Price change orders and submit project related RFI's.
• Installation quality assurance/control.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, suppliers, office staff and co-workers.
• Help maintain and promote positive company morale, professionalism and a friendly work environment.

• Highly knowledgeable about the construction of HVAC systems and their individual parts.
• Able to read project drawings for site layout and duct/material takeoffs.
• Able to multitask, with s trong organizational skills.
• Cost conscious to help keep job on budget.
• Able to work in and help maintain a team atmosphere.
• Willingness and ability to effectively communicate (written & verbal).

• Commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge and experience with reading mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Submit to background check.
• Submit to drug testing.
• Submit to DMV check.
• Will be paid hourly/Salary.
• Typical work week is within the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
