HVAC Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor delivering commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects throughout the Greater Columbus region.

We are looking for a true all-rounder with strong experience managing HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a well-rounded background across both piping and sheet metal systems.

• Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical projects throughout the Greater Columbus area
• Oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, engineers, and suppliers
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules
• Manage procurement, RFIs, change orders, budgets, and project documentation
• Conduct site visits and support field operations as required
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards

• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction
• Strong mechanical background with experience across both piping and sheet metal
• Experience delivering projects in the Columbus market preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, installation methods, and project controls
