This is an opportunity to join a reputable builder with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, education, hospitality, public, and light industrial projects. Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Participate in preconstruction efforts including estimating, budgeting, subcontractor solicitation, and scope reviews
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiations, buyouts, and contract administration
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and project reporting
  • Lead project teams while mentoring and developing Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project closeout activities, punch lists, turnover documentation, and final completion effort
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience managing ground‑up commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Procore, and other construction management software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
