Allied Development Group seeks a Senior Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman to lead field crews and safely operate heavy construction equipment on central Ohio projects. You will coordinate daily work with project management, inspect equipment, and ensure tasks meet schedule and budget while upholding quality and safety standards.
The role requires strong leadership, trenching and site development expertise, and the ability to read blueprints. CDL preferred; OSHA 30/CPR certifications are a plus.
