, we manage construction projects that shape how people shop, dine, and experience spaces. From retail buildouts to restaurant and light commercial projects, our work is fast‑paced, visible, and detail‑driven.

We’re looking for a Field Supervisor who thrives on‑site—someone who can keep subcontractors aligned, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects stay safe, on schedule, and on budget.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows construction and wants to take ownership of the day‑to‑day field execution.

• Lead daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
• Manage schedules, workflow, and progress to keep projects movingeld
• Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project plans
• Enforce OSHA standards and company safety expectations
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and code compliance requirements
• Identify issues early and take action to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Support the Project Manager with budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking
• Assist with subcontractor bidding, selection, and procurement
• Facilitate communication across subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage RFIs, field communication, and job site meetings
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment logistics

• 4+ years of construction field experience
• Retail and/or residential construction experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Working knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety practices
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office tools is a plus

This role is primarily field‑based
, with time split between job sites and light office coordination.

• Frequent walking, climbing, and physical activity
• Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Travel between project sites as needed
• Work on high‑visibility retail and restaurant projects
