Senior Superintendent - Data Centers

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction and operational aspects of our data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mission critical facilities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves significant travel and collaboration with various teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the construction process of data centers from ground up, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to establish project plans and schedules. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, particularly in mission critical environments. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

Manage subcontractors and ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications include a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, preferably with a focus on data centers or industrial projects. Strong understanding of mission critical facilities and cold storage requirements. Proven track record of managing large scale construction projects from inception to completion. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with diverse groups.

Ability to travel frequently to project sites as needed. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
