Job Role s and Responsibilities

Prepare estimates and bids for plumbing and gas line projects.

Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to evaluate project requirements.

Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Estimate labor, materials, and project costs accurately.

Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings.

Manage awarded projects from start to completion.

Schedule project activities and coordinate project timelines.

Order materials and schedule deliveries to job sites.

Obtain permits and coordinate required project documentation.

Oversee field supervisors and plumbing personnel.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Maintain project records and reporting documentation.

Work onsite in an office environment on a full-time basis.

Minimum 8 years of construction plumbing experience.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, gas lines, fixtures, and materials.

Experience estimating plumbing projects and preparing bids.

Proven project management experience within plumbing or construction projects.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.

Knowledge of permitting processes and project documentation.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to oversee field operations and project execution.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
