Progress Residential is seeking a Construction Superintendent - LC to lead turn projects for our single-family rental homes. You will inspect scopes, coordinate vendors, and track costs and schedules to move homes to rent-ready status quickly.
The role requires high school diploma, 5+ years in superintendent or PM roles, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping and irrigation.
