The Role:- Manage large commercial HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, budgets and overall project delivery
- Progression to Project Executive, company vehicle or allowance, bonuses
- HVAC or mechanical construction Project Management experience
- Multifamily or commercial construction project experience
- Mechanical or HVAC field background
