Project Lead

We are hiring a Project Lead to support large scale industrial concrete projects, focused on flatwork and tilt up warehouse construction. This role is ideal for a field driven leader who takes ownership of projects from start to finish. You will oversee budgets, schedules, production, and safety while working closely with field teams and customers. This role offers strong ownership and visibility on major warehouse builds.

What You Will Do

• Lead full lifecycle execution of concrete construction projects
• Plan and manage schedules, logistics, and project timelines
• Oversee budgets, job costs, and cost codes
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and operations partners
• Lead tilt up operations including slab pours, wall forming, and panel erection
• Adjust manpower and equipment based on job cost and production data
• Conduct site walks and ensure safety compliance
• Mentor foremen and field leadership
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience
• 3+ years in a superintendent or project leadership role
• Experience managing projects valued at 25M to 30M
• Strong background in industrial or warehouse construction
• Proven ability to manage crews and jobsite production

Preferred Experience

• Tilt up construction on large warehouse builds
• Experience with Bluebeam or Procore
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong cost tracking and timekeeping experience
• Experience leading teams of 7 to 50+ workers
