Our client is hiring a Superintendent to lead advanced manufacturing and industrial tenant fit-out projects throughout the Columbus, OH market. This role will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and drive project execution from mobilization through closeout while partnering closely with project managers, trade partners, and clients.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

• Lead daily field operations for advanced manufacturing and industrial tenant fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel while maintaining clear communication with project leadership.
• Oversee project planning, sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics to support efficient execution and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with contract documents and project requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• 3+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience on advanced manufacturing and/or industrial tenant fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, trades, project teams, and leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered.
