This role will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and drive project execution from mobilization through closeout while partnering closely with project managers, trade partners, and clients.

- Lead daily field operations for advanced manufacturing and industrial tenant fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel while maintaining clear communication with project leadership.
- Oversee project planning, sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics to support efficient execution and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with contract documents and project requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- 3+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience on advanced manufacturing and/or industrial tenant fit-out projects.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, trades, project teams, and leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered.
- Experience level:
Experienced - Minimum 3 years of experience
