We're growing our Commercial & Industrial team at Elford and looking for a Project Executive who wants to make a lasting impact.
This isn't just another project leadership role. We're looking for a construction leader with 10+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects who can build strong client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and drive projects from pursuit through completion.
At Elford, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, mentor future leaders, and influence some of the most significant commercial and industrial projects in our markets.
What we're looking for:- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership of large commercial and industrial projects
- Proven success managing complex projects, teams, budgets, and client relationships
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading multiple project teams while maintaining operational excellence
- A collaborative leader who values people, culture, and long-term partnerships
