The Shelly Company in Ohio is hiring Experienced Asphalt Crew Members to support daily paving operations. Ideal candidates will have a Class A or B CDL and/or screed experience in the asphalt industry, be willing to travel, work flexible hours, and join the laborer's union immediately.
Responsibilities include assisting the paving crew, performing daily equipment maintenance, ensuring safety and quality, and communicating with operators to maintain continuous paving on site.
