P6 Scheduler – Data Center
Location:

We are seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler with a strong background in data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules using Primavera P6
, while collaborating closely with project managers, construction teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
. - Establish and update baseline, current, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, critical path activities, and key deliverables.
- Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance/cause analysis.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, dependencies, and potential impacts to project timelines.
- Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and executive-level progress updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractor teams.
- Support forecasting efforts and identify opportunities for schedule optimization.
- Analyze delays and contribute to recovery and mitigation planning.
- Ensure schedule integrity and alignment between planned and actual progress.
- Participate in project planning, coordination, and scheduling meetings.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls Scheduler
. - Strong, hands‑on experience with Primavera P6
. - Experience on data center, mission‑critical, industrial, or large‑scale construction projects
. - Solid understanding of construction scheduling principles, including critical path method, dependencies, and resource loading.
- Experience with baseline management, schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
