This is an opportunity for an ambitious Project Engineer to step into greater responsibility with one of Ohio’s fastest-growing construction operations.
My client combines the resources, stability, and project sophistication of a nationally recognized contractor with a collaborative environment where employees still have direct access to leadership. The company continues to expand across Ohio, supported by a strong pipeline of complex industrial, manufacturing, higher education, municipal, and commercial projects.
This is not an entry-level coordination role. You will become an integral part of the project leadership team, gain exposure to both field and financial operations, and receive the mentorship needed to progress toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out- Join a highly respected contractor with a substantial long-term pipeline across Ohio
- Work on complex, high-profile projects rather than repetitive or small-scale construction
- Take on meaningful project ownership while receiving support from experienced leadership
- Gain exposure to preconstruction, field operations, cost management, and closeout
- Receive structured training, formal talent reviews, and a clear path toward Project Manager
- Build a long-term career with a company known for promoting and developing ambitious employees
- Approximately three or more years of commercial construction experience
- Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, higher education, municipal, or other complex commercial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project documentation
- Motivated to take on greater responsibility and progress into project management
