We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on K-12 projects in Columbus, OH. If you have a background in K-12 or higher education construction, this is an awesome opportunity to step into a high impact role with a clear path for advancement.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations.
- Drive project safety, quality, and production goals
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners
- Maintain and enforce project schedules and lookahead planning
- Manage power-up, energization, and cooling system readiness.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
- Experience in K12 or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, etc.)
- OSHA 30 preferred
