Project Executive

Dugan & Meyers is continuing to grow in the Columbus market, and we are seeking an experienced Project Executive – Concrete Structures to help lead some of the region’s most complex and high-profile construction projects.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a construction professional with deep expertise in self-perform structural concrete, large-scale project delivery, and team leadership. We are looking for builders and leaders who want a voice in decision-making and the ability to help shape the future growth of our operations

As a Project Executive, you will provide leadership across multiple projects and teams while driving operational excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.

• Lead execution of complex structural concrete and self-perform projects
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams across multiple jobs
• Drive project planning, strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and execution
• Partner with field leadership to ensure exceptional safety performance
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts
• Oversee procurement strategy, contract administration, and change management
• Support estimating, preconstruction, and contract negotiations
• Mentor and develop high-performing operations teams
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience
• Strong leadership background in self-perform structural concrete construction
• Experience managing large, complex projects and multiple teams
• Concrete means and methods
• Project financials and forecasting
• Scheduling and risk management
• Client and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Equivalent field leadership experience will also be considered
