- Manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and daily field operations
. - Serve as the primary administrative contact for the federal agency/client
. - Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate material deliveries and lookahead schedules.
- Maintain daily project records, field notes, weather data, reports, and documentation in RMS
. - Lead and document the USACE Three-Phase Control System:
Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up
. - Review and manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals, and quality documentation
. - Conduct daily site inspections and verify workmanship against drawings, specifications, and approved submittals
. - Identify, document, track, and resolve construction deficiencies through RMS.
- Coordinate testing, inspections, balancing, startup, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project budgets, subcontractor invoices, change orders, estimates, and contract modifications.
- Support site safety activities, including toolbox talks, safety meetings, and SSHO responsibilities as required.
- Maintain equipment inspection records and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Participate in weekly progress meetings and provide updates on quality, schedule, deficiencies, RFIs, and testing
. - Support project closeout, including Red Zone meetings, training, warranties, punch lists, and turnover documentation
.
- EM 385-1-1 Certification (possess)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- CQM (Construction Quality Management) Certificate
- RMS experience
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Construction project management and quality control experience
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction specifications, quality control, safety, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
