We operate as a small, fast-moving, highly collaborative team. Priorities can shift quickly, timelines can tighten, and creativity often happens in real time. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in that environment - someone who enjoys being immersed in the day-to-day creative energy of an in-office team. As we enter our 10th year and step into a new era of ACTIVE, this role will help define how the brand evolves visually.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital, social, and e-commerce touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up visually by supporting launches, campaigns, email, web, and socials. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion and active wear

- Design on-brand creative assets for
social media
,
email marketing
,
website
, and
paid ads - Lead visual execution
of product launches across email, web, and social in partnership with marketing. - Stay up to date on design trends, especially within fashion, wellness, and active wear
- Create graphics for
Instagram (feed, stories, reels covers),
Tik Tok
, and other social platforms - Design
emails and promotional graphics - Assist with
website graphics
, landing pages, and e-commerce visuals - Maintain and evolve our
brand identity
, ensuring consistency across all channels - Collaborate closely with the
marketing and cross-functional teams - Prepare and organize graphic assets, references, and creative direction for photoshoots
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on mood boards, shot lists, and visual inspiration
- Support on set needs such as reviewing imagery for brand consistency and design considerations
- Help translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual executions across all channels
- A strong
conceptual thinker
who can take a campaign idea and translate it into a cohesive, conversion-focused visual system across social, email, and web. - 2–4+ years of experience
in
graphic design
(fashion, active wear, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus) - Strong portfolio showcasing
digital-first design
and brand consistency - Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Strong understanding of
social media design best practices - Ability to manage multiple projects
and deadlines in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment - A great eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- A passion for design and brand storytelling
- Experienced in leveraging AI to support creative ideation and execution
- Minimum 2–4 years
in-house or agency
design experience - Portfolio must show
complete campaigns
, not just individual posts - Experience designing fore-commerce brands
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be able to work in-office in Columbus, OH
