Sr. Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer for a top retail client in Columbus, Ohio! Pay Rate: $45/hour

• Conceptual design ideation, focusing on creating multiple design options/solutions
• Inspiration gathering/mood board creation to influence marketing approach
• Designing marketing for in-store retail experience
• Digital and physical presentation building in preparation for key leadership reviews
• Assisting in design production tasks and art release to ensure seamless marketing execution

• 5-7 years of relevant conceptual design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles
• Demonstrated ability to present multiple unique solutions, each with its own purpose
• Experience in retail marketing & trends a plus
• Environmental design experience a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
