Job Description:
Senior Art Director
Serves as a key consultant to clients guiding the direction for design concepts and by providing decision‑making solutions for creative strategy. Responsible for developing and managing the creative process and inspiring a team of creative professionals. Owns and guides strategic concept sessions and delivers the best possible and most efficient design solutions. Participates in and supports business development efforts.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop an inspired creative team
- Develop and maintain the creative process to deliver the best solution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand expectations and ensure that solutions align with strategy
- Collaborate with other team members to expand the level of thinking and contribution
- Consult with the team to discuss and outline project scope, provide creative concept direction, and coordinate creative activities
- Proactively schedule processes to identify and resolve issues
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion
- Lead or provide guidance on projects from idea generation through strategy, design, problem resolution, and implementation
- Provide creative strategy to brand direction and set graphic standards to meet the marketing vision
- Motivate and provide high‑degree creative vision
- Direct and provide insight during the creative process
- Evaluate and certify progress toward defined goals
- Review work for accuracy
- Prepare and present creative presentations in concert with other team members
- Ensure deadlines are met and the process is efficient
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative and team‑management role
- Ability to make evaluative judgments
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize
