Digital Media Producer

Your Lighting Brand® is a full-service Creative Agency and Software Company that exclusively services the Commercial and Industrial Lighting Community. We seek a creative and detail-oriented digital media producer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will proficiently use After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop,and Illustrator to create high-quality multimedia content. This role also requires hands-on experience with camera equipment and the ability to edit both photos and videos to enhance visual storytelling. You will work closely with our graphic design, marketing, and web teams to produce captivating content for various platforms.

Starting at $26.44 an hour

• Video Production and Animation:
  Create and edit dynamic videos, motion graphics, and 3D animation using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Keyshot for marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.
• Camera Operations:
  Handle camera setups, lighting, and shooting for video and photo content, ensuring high-quality footage for post-production.
• Photo Editing and Manipulation:
  Edit, enhance, and composite photos using Photoshop to ensure polished, professional output that aligns with brand standards.
• Design and produce multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and audio, for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative briefs into visually compelling content that meets project goals.
• Manage multiple design and editing projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Revise projects as necessary based on the collaborative feedback process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia production, camera technology, and design software to continuously improve content creation.
• Ensure content is optimized for different platforms and maintain a consistent brand identity across all media formats.
• Experience with 3D Rendering & Visualization is a Plus:
  Familiarity with Key Shot and/or Cinema 4D with Corona Render for producing realistic product visualizations is preferred but not required.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in multimedia design and video production, with hands-on experience in camera operations and post-production editing.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with camera equipment, lighting setups, and shooting techniques.
• Ability to edit and enhance video and photo content to achieve professional-grade quality.
• Experience in motion graphics and interactive media design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in the listed software, camera work, and various multimedia projects.
• Experience with Google Docs preferred
• High organizational skills

• Ability to learn and adapt to changing software and platforms
• Must be able to lift equipment and products up to 75lbs

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Keyshot and Cinema 4D with Corona Render
• Familiarity with web and mobile design standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues during production and post-production phases.
