Graphic Designer, Creative Advertising / Marketing

Job OverviewThe Sr. Graphic Designer develops creative and effective design solutions at an advanced level for customer materials through both print and digital media and serves as a leader on the design team.
Responsibilities- Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, including campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint presentations and more.
- Work closely with clients and project management teams to understand business needs.
- Formulate forward‑thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns, always elevating client brand.
- Design and produce a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral to support client needs.
- Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns.
- Identify fresh and innovative design solutions that push brand boundaries and explore new formats or media channels.
- Understand design deliverable constraints, manage client expectations, and provide education regarding limitations.
- Ensure all work is visually appealing, meets specifications, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Serve as an example of brand consistency while bringing fresh approaches to artwork, digital and print output.
- Lead execution of client creative requests and projects.
- Provide training and guidance to graphic designers on design methods and layout techniques.
- Take lead on complex creative design projects/assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Advanced design knowledge and application.
- Exceptional visual troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to storyboard and comp visual ideas within the creative process.
- Advanced conceptual and production skills with strong understanding of layout principles, aesthetic concepts, and typography.
- Proven experience creating campaigns and extending look and feel across marketing materials.
- Ability to complete tasks within tight schedules and under strict layout controls.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills; detail‑oriented and well organized.
- Proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
- Web design experience is a plus.
- Experience working in an agency and/or corporate environment preferred.
- Motivated, organized, and flexible; works well in a small team environment.
New York based individuals: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum. Compensation varies based on experience, responsibilities, and business needs for other states.
