Steve and his wife Katie-who is also a State Farm Agent-are raising three kids, Charley, Liam, and Theo, along with their dog Chloe, so he understands firsthand what it means to protect a family and plan for the unexpected. Outside the office, you’ll find him fully invested in Ohio State football Saturdays, staying active in the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, and supporting local organizations like the Parker Lee Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Rider - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
