Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to support communication and customer service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and developing strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
