• Sundays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Additional flexible hours throughout the week supporting resident programs, events, outings, and transportation needs

We're looking for an energetic, engaging, and service-minded Programs Assistant / Driver who is passionate about enriching the lives of older adults while helping residents stay connected to the people, places, and experiences they love.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading activities, creating memorable experiences, and getting out into the community with residents. You'll support our Life Enrichment team while also providing safe transportation for appointments, outings, and community adventures.

• Assist with the planning and facilitation of daily programs, events, and activities.
• Encourage resident participation and help create meaningful, engaging experiences.
• Support community outings, celebrations, entertainment, and special events.
• Build strong relationships with residents and create Purposeful Moments throughout the day.
• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community-sponsored events.
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain transportation vehicles in a clean and safe condition.
• Partner with associates across all departments to elevate the resident experience.
• Bring energy, creativity, and a hospitality mindset to everything you do.

• A genuine passion for serving older adults and creating meaningful connections.
• An engaging, energetic personality that helps residents feel welcomed, included, and valued.
• A hospitality mindset with a desire to create Purposeful Moments and elevate everyday experiences.
• A "I've Got It" attitude, taking ownership and stepping in to support residents and teammates wherever needed.
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading activities, events, and group engagement.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Flexibility to work Sundays and additional hours throughout the week based on resident programs and transportation needs.
