ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Casleo LLC DBA Global Meals, is a well-established and growing company that provides home-delivered meals to the elderly across various communities. As a Call Center Representative, your contributions will be essential in helping us fulfill our mission of meeting the nutritional needs of older adults by providing them with globally sourced, healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a member of the Customer Service team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Answering phone inquiries
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Assisting with order placement
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring they are resolved
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of new customer data and activating new customers in the system
QUALIFICATIONS:

To be successful in this role, candidates should be:
  • Passionate about their work and committed to our mission and vision
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Strong in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
