BDC Service Scheduler

Coughlin Automotive is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers maintain their vehicles by scheduling service appointments through inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and email communications for our 17 Central Ohio locations.

What You'll Do

• Schedule service appointments for customers across our dealership network
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and service needs
• Help drive service department growth through proactive outreach
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
