Bilingual Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) to join our team! The Night Manager is responsible for managing contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintaining the relationship between our company and independent contractors. The role includes reviewing client contracts to ensure work expectations are met.

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with independent contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions.
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

• Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred).
• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments.
• Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.
• Available for a two-week daytime training period prior to starting the evening shift role.

Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to drive at night.

$18/hr – $23/hr based on experience.

• 8-hour shift.
