Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Do you love dogs? We have a great opportunity available at Dogtopia Downtown Columbus. We are looking to hire ASAP for a long‑term job opportunity. Weekend shift:
Saturdays & Sundays 9:30 AM – 5:15 PM, and some weekday shifts including AM and PM shifts.

• Customer service focused
• Will to learn and understand the Dogtopia daycare and boarding selling points and discuss Dogtopia with potential customers on the phone or in‑person
• Computer proficient, and able to learn and work in Dogtopia's point of sale system
• Comfortable with checking in or checking out dogs from the facility
• Able to effectively explain the benefits of Dogtopias services and to sell Dogtopia and close the deal – sell daycare membership, follow up on leads, answer customer questions or concerns
• Willing to learn – curious, and proactive

• Must love dogs
• Sales and customer service experience; strong customer service skills
• Love talking to people and serving customers

• Commission for selling daycare enrollment ranging from $10 – $40 or more per sale
• $250 bonus after 6 months with us pending the employee is in good standing with the company

This person must be available to work weekend hours and holidays, must be comfortable leading the team, and must be extremely personable, love talking with people, and comfortable handling any customer complaints with a positive attitude. The associate will also be asked to help clean the store from time to time to keep the retail space looking great.
