Client Relationship Manager, HelpDesk/Support, Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
The Senior Flight Strategist is the operational backbone of Aviation Portfolio's client experience. As the primary owner of flight activity for an assigned portfolio of private aviation clients, they are accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of every trip - from pre-departure risk review through post-flight feedback collection. They operate at the intersection of real-time aviation operations and high-touch client service: tracking live flights, coordinating with operators, identifying discrepancies before they become problems, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
They sit within our Private Client Services Team alongside Directors of Client Relationships, together owning the end-to-end client relationship with a mandate to provide expert, unbiased guidance and advocacy. They bring deep operational judgment, composure under pressure, and the ability to move fast without making mistakes.
- Flight Review and Quality Control: Evaluate upcoming flights for operational risk factors and review booking details for completeness and accuracy. Communicate proactively with clients and vendors to mitigate exposure before departure and catch and correct errors or discrepancies before they create service failures.
- Flight Following: Own active flight monitoring across your portfolio: track flight status, maintain direct vendor contact during irregular operations, and keep clients informed in real time with clear updates.

- 4+ years in an aviation-related field, with strong preference for private aviation experience.
- Real-time operational judgment, with experience triaging, escalating, and communicating when things don't go to plan.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Direct experience operating in a remote, high-trust, and fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce or comparable CRM proficiency.
- Know the Game. You're genuinely curious about the particulars of private aviation. You want to know contracts, vendors, and clients inside and out.
- Tell the Truth. You write and speak with confidence and precision. When the answer is hard, you give it anyway, to clients, to vendors, and to the team.
- Make the Call. You take ownership and bias towards action. If a client deserves an immediate update, you’d prefer to pick up the phone rather than send an email.
- Own the Outcome. A handoff doesn’t release you. You stay with the results until they land, through vendor delays, or whatever else gets in the way.
- Earn the Business. You think in long-term client relationships, not single transactions, and you understand that their business must be earned every day, not just granted at signing.
