The Sales Representative is the first point of contact for both prospective and current members, serving as the welcoming face and voice of the studio. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service in person, over the phone, and via messaging—ensuring that every interaction reflects the values and culture of Aligned Fitness Holdings and Club Pilates. The Sales Representative plays a vital role in fostering community engagement, driving membership growth, and maintaining smooth day-to-day studio operations.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to current and prospective members by greeting every guest with warmth and professionalism.
- Log all outreach efforts in Club Ready (POS), completing a minimum of 50 call activities per 6-hour shift.
- Contact leads and prospects to schedule Intro Classes and convert them into memberships.
- Meet and exceed studio sales goals through genuine relationship-building and effective communication.
- Assist with member account maintenance, including processing freezes and cancellations as scheduled.
- Enforce all Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings policies and procedures relating to customers.
- Serve as Acting Manager when the General Manager is out of the studio.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment by performing light cleaning duties each shift.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Represent the studio by participating in local networking events, community activities, and promotional efforts to strengthen brand presence.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or fitness/wellness preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with Club Ready is a plus.
- Must be available early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Tuesdays 3-8:30P
- Fridays 7A-1P
- Fridays 1P-6P
