We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative / Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for guests, assisting with appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This is an on-site position.

Schedule Requirements
  • 20-25 hours per week
  • Shifts needed: 2pm-7pm weekdays (3-4 weekdays required)
  • Up to 3 Saturdays per month with availability from 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments
  • Respond to customer emails and other communications
  • Investigate and resolve guest concerns and feedback
  • Provide information regarding services, products, and promotions
  • Maintain accurate records and appointment information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Utilize multiple systems and software platforms while managing guest needs

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on guest experience and satisfaction
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using new software programs
