JOB SUMMARYWe’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Columbus, Ohio headquarters. We are looking for a professional, dependable individual committed to creating an exceptional customer experience that reflects PROOF's values.
Responsibilities- Promptly and professionally handle a minimum of 100 customer interactions (phone calls and emails) daily.
- Represent our brand with integrity and care in every interaction.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and clear communication.
- Manage order routing, updates, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill time-sensitive customer needs.
- Previous customer service experience required (Experience with Richpanel, Shopify, and Ship Hero preferred).
- 3+ years of customer service experience required; 1 year of E-commerce experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with basic computer tools.
- Must be able to work in person at our Columbus, OH facility.
