Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls to the Hyatt Regency Columbus and provide a positive phone demeanor.
• Maintain strong guest service orientation to meet high expectations.
• Handle a high volume of calls and multi‑task effectively.
• Answer questions regarding the hotel and surrounding area.
• Assist Front Desk and Reservations when needed; cross‑training provided for front desk agent role.
