Account Specialist II – Military Services

- High School diploma/GED required
- Willingness to work in an environment that requires 100% phone‑based customer interaction
- Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience, either by phone or face‑to‑face
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and navigating a Windows‑based environment
- Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
- Candidates must be willing to work schedules during Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- This role is hybrid and is located in Columbus, OH only. It does not offer relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship.
- This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled. The hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
