- Support customers in integrating Business aircraft into their operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strong troubleshooting support to help resolve technical and operational aircraft issues effectively.
- Prioritize and elevate technical or operational concerns within both the customer’s organization and Bombardier as required.
- Deliver informal training and share technical, operational, and logistical knowledge related to aircraft operation and maintenance.
- Keep Bombardier management informed of key operational and maintenance issues affecting customer aircraft.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer procedures and overall aircraft operations.
- Encourage adoption of recommended actions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Share Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other relevant Bombardier documentation to clarify intent and highlight operational improvements.
- Deliver reports in accordance with established schedules and requirements.
- Lead or support field teams during modification retrofits, product upgrades, and damage repairs at customer facilities or service centres.
- Effectively navigate and utilise internal customer support and in‑service processes.
- Identify and elevate recurring fleet issues to Technical Services for potential product improvements.
- Participate in customer meetings, including fleet reliability and operational reviews.
- Travel to service facilities as required to support complex troubleshooting or customer requests.
