Astute Technology Management in Columbus, OH is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage ticket flow, schedule service calls, and keep clients and our team informed.
This full-time, non-exempt role is hybrid, with 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. You will triage tickets, assign to technicians, update Autotask records, and help ensure SLAs are met while delivering standout customer service.
