Overnight Parking Guest Attendant

The Parking Spot is hiring an Overnight Parking Guest Attendant to deliver friendly, reliable service at our near-airport location. In this role, you greet guests, assist with parking and check-in, answer questions, and coordinate shuttle service to and from the airport. You'll monitor lot activity, handle payments, protect guest vehicles by following safety and security procedures, and keep areas tidy. Working within a hospitality-driven, team-focused environment, you support smooth overnight operations and help ensure every traveler enjoys a convenient, stress-free parking experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests with friendly, professional service
• Assist guests with parking, check-in, directions, and luggage as needed
• Coordinate and communicate shuttle pick-ups and drop-offs
• Monitor parking areas for safety, security, and space availability
• Handle payments, tickets, and validations accurately
• Respond to guest questions and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed
• Complete logs, basic reports, and shift handoff notes
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, booths, and guest zones
• Follow all safety, security, and company operating procedures
• Support smooth overnight operations as part of a team-focused culture
