Position Overview

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers placing orders, requesting quotes, or needing assistance with our products and services. You'll work closely with our sales, warehouse, and purchasing staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable learning technical products, and wants to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on products, orders, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Resolve customer issues related to shipping, billing, or product discrepancies with professionalism and urgency.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Re-engage inactive or low-frequency customers through outreach and follow-up to promote product offerings and encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with customers and team members across phone, email, and written documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role — especially in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, or similar) or order entry software.
  • Strong technical aptitude or willingness to learn about mechanical products and their applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to read or interpret part numbers, datasheets, or simple technical diagrams.
